CPU Temperature Is High Maybe

My Processor Is AMD FX4300
From some days i am getting 80-85' temperature while gaming! Yesterday my pc was shut down twice while gaming! What should i do about it! The temperature is not normal isn't it! I cleaned up the processor fan and use thermal paste but still its not dropping! What can i do about it! Now its 20/21' ! Need some help!

What's this mean?

Try running with the case open and see what happens.

Also, is the cooler snug?

Can you wiggle it?

If there is slop....it isn't tight enough.
