I know this temperature is not normal, CPU Fan is properly installed. I don't know what should I do. :/

Solution
The high temps don't seem to be just limited to the CPU. The motherboard temperature is also rather high. I'd clean out the dust inside the case and replace the CPU's thermal paste. Try raising the fan curve as well.

Solution

Do u have anything running in the background that might be causing this issue and also ! Change ur Thermal paste and dust the heatsink of ur cpu and fan . Thermal paste and dust are the primary causes of heat generation.

Check your thermal paste and the dust/clutter situation inside the case. I'd also check the case itself has good airflow with enough ventilation for the fans. I would also see how your fans are being controlled and check your fan curves. The system fans don't seem to be responding to the changes in temperature and should probably be ramping up to or near 100% if the temps are hitting 98 degrees.
