Question cpu temperature problem

l had a fan that was about 10 years old on it cpu my temperature was about 60c But the graphics card had up to 80c I bought a new one and now my graphic has a much better temperature but the processor comes to 100c can anyone help?

Are you using the thermal paste from the cooler or did you buy an aftermarket one?

I didn't have a paste by the cooler a friend gave me his and he bought it

You only need a dot about the size of a pea. Also do what are the temps inside the case?

P.s make sure you clean the old thermal paste off or it will affect your temp

Use isopropyl alcohol and a paper towel or even a micro fibre cloth.

You don't want to use brandy or methyl or anything like that because they are all water based, which can cause oxidising issues (rust) which is really bad.

And not just alcohol, but 91% Isopropyl alcohol. ONLY use 91% isopropyl alcohol OR solutions that are specifically sold for removing thermal paste like this one. ONLY. Do not use anything else as it will either be ineffective, or too "hot" and cause damage to plastic components or will have too high of water content for use with hardware.

When I start the game the temperature rises to 90c Cs1.6 minecraft is always the same and when I'm not playing it goes to 50

This is probably a case of using the wrong CPU cooler or a cooler that is not designed to handle the thermal design power of the CPU it is being used with. There is also the possibility that you simply do not have it installed correctly or that there is not even and full mounting pressure all the way around on all sides and corners.

The processor isn't an Alpine 11 Pro, that's the CPU cooler. What is the model of the ACTUAL CPU (Processor)?
