[SOLVED] CPU temperature show problem?

MBO: AsRock H370 Pro4 [Latest BIOS Version]
CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F
Turbo mode is on, and FCLK (Correct me if I'm wrong) setting in BIOS is set to 1GHZ. I'm able to reach out 3.9/4.0 GHZ on all the cores but in BIOS it shows that the processor is around 40~45 degrees, but when I get to windows and open monitoring program it's around 25~30 degrees.
CPU Cooler is eSports Duo and 5 more fans in the case.

Don't worry about it. There's no issue there. The Bios might be reading the temperature a different way than your monitoring program. Temperatures won't probably ever be a concern on that CPU.
