CPU temperature spiking

The CPU temperature keeps spiking even on idle, which causes the fans speed up and slow down and make noise. While in BIOS I noticed that the spiking isnt a problem and its stable there.

Real time video for comparison of how fast the spike happens (The CPU usage went up because of the recording but it spikes up the same when idling)

You could have background processes running that cause periodic usage.

Are the noises coming from the fans irregular? Is the CPU getting overheated?

If not, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

In the screenshot you can see that there are no background processes and CPU usage stays below 5%

The fans are speeding up and slowing down with the temp which isn't bad but since the CPU temp spike is so fast the noise difference from the fan curve is really noticeable. The CPU is not overheating it's spiking from 50 to 60C.

I understand that the temperatures are fine for the CPU but it's clearly reading it wrong and my main worry is the perceived noise from the fans.
