Question CPU temps completely different

One of my Cores is at 50 degrees C constantly, while...as shown in the image, another is ay 7 degrees constantly. Any help on what is causing this problem? (Idle not under load)

Before posting them, I'd suggest you to use HWINFO64(if you're not using it already) to monitor your temps. 7C is definitely a false reading... you cannot go so low without an exotic cooling solution(chilled water, ln2, etc.).
