CPU Temps High Or?

When my i7 4770k is on idle it sits around 35-45 C but when I use Prime95 with the maximum heat and 100% full load on each core it gets to 90+C, I'm using a H100i in push pull, when I use the Blend test it can still get to around 80-90C.... When I game it can sit between 50-70C?

Just going to get some washers and then I will try again I read somewhere washers help a lot on the backplate as it os pretty loose...

Okay nothing worked, I did notice that one pipe was warm and the other cold? Anyway, can someone recommend a good cooler for overclocking? What about the Noctua NH-D14 will it fit into the VI Hero with Vengeance Pro Ram?
