Hi there, I have i7 9700k, rtx 3070 msi gaming x trio and my cpu cooler is noctua nh-d15 with both fans on it, now in the summer (between 37 - 35c) when i play games such as gta v online my cpu temp can reach 75 degrees while the cpu usage in this online game reaches 50 or 60% and i think its wierd for noctua nh-d 15.

i got 4 case fans , 3 fans at top and back of the case taking air out and only 1 fan taking air in (120mm fans all of them) and my case ia amid range case of antec nx400

Is this normal or is it bad case problem ?

What are you ambient room air temps? Make and model of the fans used in your case?

3 fans at top and back of the case taking air out and only 1 fan taking air in
If you have 4 fans, you should have them setup with two fans for exhaust and 2 fans for intake, otherwise you're just not introducing enough cooler ambient air into the case.

my case ia amid range case of antec nx400
Yes, that's a horrible case, not enough venting at the front for intakes, where most/all of your cooler ambient air resides.

room air temps in the morning is 30 , in the afternoon it reaches 35 and then at night goes down to 29 maybe 27, is the issue 100% case ?

i have 2 cooler master fans with rgb , 1 zalman fan and one antec fan that came with the case

You might want to look through the case yourself, and see what vents are allowing air into your case. I don't own the case and I tell from the images and marketing (rubbish) that the case is badly designed with little to no consideration with regards to airflow.

The fans you've mentioned are all brands names, they don't include the model of the fan. The reasoning behind that is due to the fact that not all fans are designed the same way and are not rated to be used for the same purpose, case in point high static pressure fans are ideal for radiators and heatsinks while high cfm fans are ideal for case airflow fans.

Would u recommand then to change case to coolermaster mastedbox td500 ? , 1 fan is the antec fan that came with the box , the 2 cooler master fans are sickleflow 120 argb , and the last one is a fan from zalman z3 case fan
