Question Cpu temps not stable

I have a r5 2600 (stock, no oc) cpu. its jumping from 62c (under stress test in Aida64) to 76c and going back to 62 after a second and the temp is jumping like this about 1 time in every 10 second. Is it safe? I have a cooler master masterair ma410p cooler with 2 fans on it.

I don't know much about AMD but for being a stress test those temps should be ok, for those will be the hottest it should get. In my opinion it does seem to be a large jump though, might want to check the thermal paste to start.
