cpu temps upto 68c while playing games

I have an amd a8 7600 cpu
with a NVidia 760 2gb I just want to know is it safe to run at 68c on both my cpu and gpu I use nzxt cam monitoring software

my specs are
amd a8 7600
gpu NVidia 760 acx 2gb
mobo gigabyte a68hm-h
ram pny anarchy 2133mhz
ssd adata sp 550 120gb
hdd Seagate barracuda
500w evga psu
I have 4 fans in my case

68 degrees Celsius is common when the system is pushed hard (e.g. gaming, video rendering). If you hit like 80 degrees Celsius then you can start worrying.
