CPU Temps Very Hot

Today when I started my computer I noticed that my fans were very loud so I checked temps to make sure everything was okay and with almost nothing open my min temp was 85 averaging at about 90. My CPU is the i7-6700K and the CPU cooler is the Corsair H100i v2

Sounds like you have a problem with the CPU cooler. Make sure the pump is running, the water block is properly mounted, and the electrical connections are firmly plugged into the mobo.

I checked and it appears that everything is installed properly

I'm not sure because when I checked in Corsair Link it said the pump was 0 RPM but I don't know if that means anything

Pump is not running. You might want to contact Corsair for an RMA.

I believe this is the problem because I remember one time I touched the tubes of the cooler and they were shaking, and now the only vibration is from the fans and things and the tubes are very cold
