Question CPU Throttling at 0.51 Ghz, BIOS says overheating while temps are 30C.

Just finished building my desktop,

Specs:
Ryzen 5700x
32GB ddr4 ram
b550 tomahawk motheboard
rx580 GPU

For some reason, when opening bios, it gives the "overheat error", when looking at the actual temps itself though in the bios for the CPU cores it shows as 26-30C.

However, the rest of the sensors seem to be all reading 127.0C, even in CPUID HWMonitor (socket, Sys, Mos, pcie_1, chipset)

What could be the issue?

hyper 212 evo V2, I already attempted removing, cleaning the thermal paste out, and reseating after reapplying new paste, and it didn't solve the issue.

I'm taking a wild guess and saying that the CPU socket & other sensors are messed up in some way, and are making the bios think it's overheating.

Sounds like the CPU's sensors are faulty. If you just bought the parts recently, have the CPU replaced.
