Hey yeah so uhmm.. I just fitted the R9 270 into my system and it runs really smoothly awesome. It runs Watch_Dogs, Shadow of Mordor, Far Cry 4 and Thief 4 on Ultra and maxed out resolution. My problem is.. my CPU is a Core 2 Quad Q8400. I don't have problems with the framerate at all since I'm getting around 50+ on all these games I mentioned, but.. wouldn't something else pair better with this GPU? My budget is limited to 160euros so something above that, I could really hardly consider buying it.
I need your help to suggest me some good CPUs that give a lot better performance than this Q8400 and its price has to be below 160euros

- The i3-4150 is better than the G3258 (Intel i3-4150 - features hyper threading). The G3258 can challenge in some games when well overclocked.
- The H97 board is Broadwell future proofed and better quality, the H81 isn't future proof.

Solution
As stated, you will have to replace your motherboard as socket 775 was dead over 5 years ago.

Core i3 and an H97 board would be a good option.

Another option would be a FX-8320 and a 970 chipset board.
This will be faster then the i3, but not faster then an i5. Also switching from intel to amd will require a full windows reinstall.

Im not trying to tell you otherwise but have you got any prove on this? I think the i3-4150 matches the FX-8320 quite well.

i3 = 2 cores each with 2 hyperthreading cores, so "4 cores"
FX-8320 = 4 cores with 2 logical cores, so "8 cores"

Now granted core count not the only factor, architecture plays a big role.
The i3 will be better for single threaded applications but since most games are now multi-threaded the fx-8320 would perform better.
Now as stated the i5 with no hyperthreading and only 4 cores still beats even the fx-8370.

Are many games really multi-threaded? The best games around seem single-threaded.

I was thinking on upgrading to FX-8350 and overclock it a bit with some aftermarket cooler, but it's too damn pricey. Future-proof as for the CPU (cause of 8 cores) but then again I saw some posts that were saying that AMD doesn't have any 8core CPUs. They are 4 cores and 4 modules that perform at half-speeds, which actually disappointed me quite a bit. I might be switch to some i5 cause i3 is getting old and I don't wanna upgrade so frequently.
Thanks for the help guys ^o^

i3 is not outdated at all. It's actually matching the FX-8320 or performs even better in some games. It's as modern as it gets.
