I was playing Assasins creed Origins and I have graphics mostly on high and I have 70 fps. Suddenly after 20 minutes of playing I heard a very loud fan sound. Was that my cpu liquid cooling or my gpu? Is it a problem and should it be addressed immediately. I live in a country that right now temps are from 40-30 degrees. My pc has only 1 outtake fan and thats the cpu liquid cooling one. No other in take or out take.

Solution
Well, you're kind of in a conundrum then....no additional fans means your temps aren't going to improve. Chances are that all those bunched up cables aren't doing anything to help with the minimal airflow you do have currently. A new case is what's really needed, and you should be able to find something for next to nothing out there that can support more than just an exhaust fan.
How are we supposed to know what fan it was? The best thing you gotta do before panicking is monitoring both GPU and CPU temps, to see if any exceeded 80 degrees. The one outtake fan is bad for the airflow btw, so you may need to add more fans to improve the airflow.

First of all my gpu always goes over 80 degrees. Might go even to 86 when 100%. It's a gtx1080. My case doesn't support more fans. I am tempted to buy a new one with fan support but budget is kind of limited right now.

No point in doing that. Buy extra fans to improve airflow instead of blowing 500 dollars on a new one. You can also adjust the fan curve to reduce heat using the MSI afterburner program. What about your CPU, how are its thermals?

The 570x costs 160euros I dont believe its that much but the case is really small and if I place a fan where the intake holes are its gonna push the wires. But still its a bit hard to do that.

Follow the rest of the steps I mentioned then and update me on CPU thermals.

Ok am probably gonna buy the 570x corsair. I like the look and it has alot of space and 5 fans. Is it a good choice? I prefer it having already the fans and alot of them. The cables are visible from the psu from the bottom but I can manage with that
