I know this is a common issue, and I'm aware of a lot of the common trouble shooting methods, so I'll give a run down of what's happening and what I've tried.

First, here are my specs:
Asus Sabertooth Z87 LGA1150 MoBo
Intel i5 4590 Haswell LGA 1150 CPU
4 sticks of CORSAIR Vengeance LP 8GB DDR3 RAM
WD Blue 1TB mechanical drive
NZXT HALE82 V2 550W PSU

So, this is an old system that I've had shelved for a while. I decided to stick a new CPU and hard drive in it to use it as a media storage machine. I slapped it together and fired it up, and I'm getting no picture. I'm using the HDMI port on the back of the MoBo.
Thus far, I've tried pulling out all but one RAM stick, disconnecting the system from a power source and holding the power button down for a minute, installing a GPU and connecting the system to my monitor using a DVI cable, testing several different HDMI cables, and moved the BIOS jumper from its normal spot over to the other 2 pins, then moved it back.

None of these methods have had any effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sabertooth Z87 CPU support page says the following about 4th Gen Haswell support:

*Before using the new Intel 4th Gen Core processors, we suggest that you first download the BIOS updater for new Intel 4th Gen Core Processors and then update the BIOS using this tool.

So before installing an i5-4590 you should've updated the BIOS to the latest one first, otherwise the motherboard won't recognise the CPU. Do you have the older CPU you used before lying around?

I used to have an Intel Core i3-4130 CPU in the system. But that is also a Haswell processor.
