Question CPU Update Help?

I got this PC for a long time, but I need some help to update the CPU,

Now I got Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz, What CPU Can I buy to keep playing some games, the video card on systemrequirementslab shows that it's good to play the games.

I'm really bad at this sorry.

I got Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua), if I get 3770k Do i need something else to run it well? I see people is saying on the internet they get 3770 before 3770k becouse 3770k need diferent motherboard and good cooling.

They would both need a better cooler than what you have currently and both should work fine. I have the same cpu as you in my main build.
