CPU upgrade do I need to reinstall windows 10?

So I am planning to upgrade my 4690k i5 to a 6700k i7.

My question is do I need to reinstall windows 10 or anything? I've never upgrade my cpu from before and would like some guidance.

My current build for those who are wondering:
i5 4690k (upgrading to i7 6700k)
Hyper evo cooler
Gtx 970
16gb ram (will upgrade to 32gb)
500w psu ( upgrading to 750w)
Msi pc mate z97 mobo lga1150

You don't "need" to, but you definitely should because you'll be replacing the mobo too.

Also, don't bother with a "750W psu", just get a EVGA G2 550 or Seasonic G 550

Are you aware that for this CPU you will have to replace the z97 motherboard and eventually your DDR3 RAM (to DDR4 or DDR3L)?
Will you game with this PC or do things like video editing, streaming, photo editing,...?

It´s recommended to fresh install windows because of old drivers and settings your current motherboard had needed. These would be still there and could influence the performance with the new board negatively or even doesn´t boot to desktop. Bluescreen errors,....
