Cpu upgrade help!!!

Hello fellas!
I need some advice here!
I currently have an I5 6600 paired with gtx 1060. In games like battlefield 1 i see some serious shuttering and the cpu usage always at 100%.
I could sell my system for about 320 euros and buy a new one with ryzen 1400, b350 plus and 16gb of DDR4. Currently have 8.
You think it is a good idea?

Which version of 1060 do you have? The 3GB or 6GB variant? They are two entirely different GPUs. Either way you should be getting over 60FPS average with that CPU and GPU combination. That leads me to believe you have something else going on like tasks running in the background. A CPU use at 100% normally means a bottleneck with your GPU, but there's no way the i5 6600 will bottleneck a 1060, especially at 1080p.

I have the 3gb variant from PALIT..
The gpu utilization is at 100% always, so there is no bottleneck, just some shuttering.

What settings are you playing with?

Even on high there is 100% cpu utilization and some shuttering.
Vram stays at 2600mb.
