Z 97 MOBO

Should I get broadwell i5/i7 when it comes out or buy haswell get new MOBO when skylake is released and buy that ?

what motherboard do u have?

boradwell is the 16nm die shrink off haswell ( should be about 15% performance increase per clock )

Skylake is a 16nm CPU based on a new architecture so i cant tell u anything until they are out


IMO just OC your CPU ( make sure it stays bellow 85C preferably 79C )

Only when your cpu is no longer doing the job is it time to upgrade.
You will have cpu options.
But, I suspect that you will need a graphics card upgrade before you need acpu change.

I bought pentium so I can have something untill I wait for new i5 so im wondering is it worth it ?
