cpu upgrade possibility

I have a samsung NP365E5C-S01UB with a amd A6-4400M cpu, so will it be possible to upgrade the cpu to amd A10-5750M?

they mention the possible hardware being your CPU or AMD Quad-Core A8-4500M Accelerated.

Hmmm. Same socket, same TDP. Maybe (yeah, I know that's no help).

Also, do BIOS need to be changed after installing a different APU (I don't know these things).
