cpu upgrade question

Hi i was thinking about upgrading my cpu and im not sure whats a good upgrade thats not overly expensive that will work with my motherboard. If im missing somthing in my post please tell me im not sure if all the system info is needing or not lol. Still a amatuer at this.

i have:
System Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.

System Type x64-based PC

Motherboard make and model?

If you have an A8 5500k you should be able to put on an A10 7850k. Which is about as good as you can get for an A series CPU. If you have a separate graphics card you could also use an X4 860k.

But it depends on the exact motherboard.

far as i can tell ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. is the manufacturer and the model is CM1745 based on what system info tells me and CPU-Z says the same. I have a GeForce GTX 650 card that i upgraded from the AMD card that came with it when i bought the PC

ok i opened it up lets see if this is it lol

only thing i could find that was actual numbers, i guess ASUS wants to make it difficult to upgrade

Thanks a lot! Another quick question my power supply is 350w do i have to upgrade that as well or is that only if i get a better graphics card?

A good 350W PSU should run a PC with integrated graphics.
