Depends on what you play and the specs of your current memory config. If you're already running a dual channel 3200mhz kit:
-with the RX 5700, upgrading to a Ryzen 2600 yields a 4-9% uplift(on average) depending on game settings.
-with the RX 5700, upgrading instead to a Ryzen 3600 yields a 15-32% uplift(average) depending on game settings.

Do You recomend a 2700x?.

Where i live it is only $40 more expensive than The 2600

3-7% bump(average) over a 2600 for over 30% more - plus, depending on some other factors, the stock cooler may not be enough on the 2700X.

So for 30USD more than the 2700X, you get a cpu(3600) that is faster in both gaming and productivity - the 2700X would need to be overclocked to pass the 3600 in the productivity segment, but then you have to spend more on a cooler.
