Question Cpu upgrade

I'm in my bios and I see this feature should I switch it to gamin profile or max performance or should I just leave it at default

I would say that highly depends on your CPU cooling. What that does is overclock your CPU using some default values. Usually these settings are for maximum compatibility, so they will often use much higher voltage then necessary to do the job.
