Question CPU Upgrade

Hi all, i recently upgraded from a 2060 Super to a 4070 Super and its been fantastic but i don't know if i should upgrade my CPU, i currently have a AMD Ryzen 9 3950X and have no problem with it whatsoever, but would i get better performance by upgrading to something better?

Or would i be better just waiting a few years until i upgrade to AM5?

If you are only using this system for games then I would check into the compatibility of your motherboard to update to one of the 5xxxX3D CPU. If you are using it for heavily multi threaded tasks as well I wouldn't change it, save for the next platform.

Generally speaking, if you aren't getting a 25-30% uplift you probably won't be able to tell much outside of benchmarks.
