[SOLVED] CPU usage and stutter ?

I dont get it why in some games when cpu reach 100% game stutters. While in other while cpu reach 100% only fps drops?

It's just varying game engines reacting differently.

Could try help cpu usage by limiting frame rate and not running too much in the background.
