[SOLVED] CPU usage at 90-100% while GPU is at 10-30% in GTA

i5 8400 @ 3.79Ghz
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
8GB DDR4 RAM
Around 60-80 FPS (depending on how many people are in the online session), at around 2400 MB video memory in the settings.

As the title states, my CPU usage is super high, while my GPU is extremely low. Any help?
(Edit: GTA's CPU usage is at around 60-80% depending on what I'm doing.)

1080p with 144 hz. My RAM is a 1x8gb.

The gpu usage looks low unless you are running low detail settings. Your FPS are also a bit low but I expect that’s because of the single channel RAM.

That's hurting performance! You need a 2x8gb kit so it'll run in dual channel mode.

Only way to guarantee it works is to buy it in a kit. You want a 2x8gb kit.

Will it fix it 100% that's unknown. But it's whats needed to function as it's intended.

It’s best to buy a single kit of 2x8gb. Buying individual sticks and mixing them has a risk of issues.

I'm at pretty high settings, using the ones that GeForce Experience recommends, of course I changed a few of them, but most are still at Very High.
