cpu usage gaming

I have an i5 6500 and a gtx 1060 sc. I have been gaming and streaming h1z1 for almost a month and have had no problems. I get usually around 100 fps when streaming. Out of nowwhere my cpu usage started going out of the roof, and my game was hitting 20-50 fps. I did a power cycle, restarted my pc and everything but nothing seems to go back to what it used to be. What should i do?

getting like 50-60 when gaming so probably around 70-75 when gaming. I have a cooler master evo as well. I don't know why this is happening out of the blue. When gaming im getting such low fps i can't game or stream

If you check your CPU usage right before you start your game what level is it? It should be very low. Then you check CPU usage when just running the game but not streaming. Then check it again while streaming. The idea is to find exactly when it jumps up.
