[SOLVED] CPU usage high until i open task manager

Hi all,

This is strange, never seen this issue before. Once i turn on the PC, i notice the CPU making more noise than in the idle state, i check the Task manager to view what programming is causing this to run at 100%, but within 1-2 seconds it goes back to to normal, which is seen in Performance tab. I just noticed it recently, without being aware of it all this time. ....Not sure if this because of any recent software i installed, any solution for this please?

task manager does perform a system interupt, so it may affect status,
install an external hwinfo checker. like HWinfo to get cpu usage results, maybe its just TM updating itself?
