Solution
Mobo = Motherboard. Sorry for the abbreviation. 🙁

The clock speed is the speed of the processor in GHZ. Download this and see what the clock speed reads: http://openhardwaremonitor.org/

The intended clock is suppose to be 3.5 but it might not be getting that high. Also with the hardware monitor you can see the voltages. A screenshot of that would be helpful.

Norton 360 is doing a quick scan in my PC and a full system scan every so often, so there are no viruses. Drivers are all installed via MSI Liveupdate 6 and windows updates, I assume?

I don't know about msi liveupdate6 but windows update should install all the updates automatically by default.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I am going to stay with Norton, I am happy with it and it gives me all what I need, including 24/7 chat support.
I am even gonna renew it, I have never had any bad experience with Symantec.

Well, I just took the PC to the store so they can check it and they said that as long as I dont have perfomabce issues and its not lagging or something like that, then its ok and it happenes because in GTA V for example to give me the best perfomance it LIMITS the game to use all of the CPU, and as long as I have warranty and no perfomance issues, I have nothing to worry about.
And teknobug, Norton automatclly goes into silent mode when launching a game.
Thanks everyone!
