[SOLVED] CPU Usage Issue

My CPU usage is at 60-99% because of this thing called

""Services and Controller app""

Im unable to run CSGO with this and I can't force it to close via Task Manager.

try accessing your restore points, and restore to a week or so ago before you were plagued with this issue...

Due to the Windows 10 update, this problem seem to be common

try go to Command Prompt > Run as adminstator, then try these command
"DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Resorehealth" then press Enter
"sfc /scannow" then press Enter

First command failed and ended up with "Error :87"
Second command is currently executing.

I dont make any restore points, even If I did, the last restore point would be 2 months ago after installing fresh windows.

UPDATE
Some unknown software just popped up on my PC
The name is "SEGURAZO" and Im unable to find it in
Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall

Uninstalling SEGURAZO fixes the problem, had to use a 3rd party to do so
