cpu usage jumps up and down

My CPU usage is going to 57% to 98%, I run task mgr when im not online, and it jumps up and down, when I go online, its about the same. I read other peoples issues and its when they are online is when the problem occurs. I have micosoft security for antivirus, which my tech told me is enough?

Try running malwarebytes just to be sure
