I ran a benchmark test trying different graphics settings in ghost recon wildlands and I found out the cpu usage is 30% and frame rates are around 25-35 fps with a couple of plus minus frames. I don't know much about the overclocking or bottlenecking but shouldn't it be higher than 30% by default since wildlands is quite a heavy game for my system. specs are of a laptop with amd ryzen 5 3550 and Im using rx560x 4gb to run my game and ram is 8gb on paper but its 6gb usable (I don't know about this too) i don't have an ssd. I lost my way what I was supposed to ask and how to end this as a question so to conclude it why is that?
