CPU usage & streaming

Hey guys, I had some quick questions about streaming with my gaming pc.
The specs are:
I5 6600k
Gtx 1070 8gb
16gb ram
Asus z170
Liquid cooling
850 psu

The issue I’m having is games like CSGO and H1Z1 are cpu intensive games, or according to my PC they are, which disallow me to stream since they take up 95%-100% of my CPU non stop.

Is that normal for those games with my cpu? Is there a way to fix it or stream?

80-90% is normal so yes, for the 6600k it is perfectly fine. When it comes to streaming, witha quad core with no hyperthreading I recommend using the Nvidia Shadow Play and streaming with it, bump up the quality, your gpu will easily do gaming and streaming and you should be good to go!

Do you recommend any good CPU's for streaming / gaming that wont break the bank? Not a budget one, but maybe one around $350
