CPU usage/temperature not stable.

I've had issues with my CPU before, but this is about another subject. I experience my CPU usage and temperature going up and down while doing the same thing. I am streaming videos on the internet, nothing else. But the CPU goes up and down, up and down causing spikes in the video which tend to get really annoying. I have a laptop, Lenovo G510. I can play games like Counter Strike fine without this change of CPU, as long as it is cooled. Why should streaming a video be worse than playing a game online?

Check this: You will run game in other web browser (Firefox, Chrome), and update display driver to the latest version. You should update plugins: java and flash. The temperature of processor is valid ?

I can monitor CPU usage and temperature. When watching the stream it lays usually around 80*C. But from time to time it drops to 70*C at the same time as the CPU stops using, something. And when it drops, thats when the spikes in the stream occur.
