Cpu usage while gaming

Hello;
My system is:
Gihabyte a68 f2a mainboard
Amd x4 860k
8 gb kingston ram
Gtx 750 msi
So, while I was play battlefield 1 my cpu usage always %100 and my gpu usage average 80. Does my old gtx750 bottlenecks or cpu is not great for battlefield? I want to buy gtx 1060 or gtx1050ti. Do you recommend this cards for x4 860k?

Yep, cpu not good enough for that game. You'll have to upgrade your CPU FIRST if you want to get a 1060

Yes I know my cpu is bad but i really suprised to get gtx 750 bottlenecks. İ will wait zen cpus
