Question CPU using 20% util and around 20%w power

While playing wow,everything if fine,gpu util around 80% temp around 60c,but cpu util is around 20% temp around 55c and power around 20W.Im using amd adrenaline software to track this,is it bugged or what ? 7800x3d

Are all system drivers up to date, including chipset? What bios is currently running on the mobo?

Some games just arne't that demanding on the CPU. Run Cinebench R23 and see what scores you get for both singlecore (ST) and multicore(MT)
