CPU voltage/temperature problem

Hi everyone,
I have been having lots of problems with my new CPU I have installed in the last two days. It is now in my computer, running, but I am having troubles with very high temperatures. I suspect that this is due to a few factors, first of all I am positive my CPU voltage is very high, it is at 1.7 according to CPUz. Also, I believe it may also be due to my heatsink not making full contact with my CPU, my heatsink is the stock CPU cooler from my old Intel Pentium G3258. The cooler oporates by 4 pins going into the motherboard surrounding the CPU, only two of these pins I can fit in properly, the other two don't click it but I have just left it as two for now, it seems stable but I can't be sure that full contact is being made.
I have researched CPU coolers a little bit and I have decided to purchase this one:
Cooler Master - XDream P115 Low Profile CPU Cooler
To try and fix part of the problem.
SO, to recap,
I have looked around in the BIOS to try and find a setting to adjust my CPU voltage but I haven't been successful. My motherboard is a MSI H81 P33 which I have attached photos of and I have also attached photos of my BIOS, and multiple screens in my BIOS and also a picture of my actual PC inside.
If anyone knows how to change the voltage, it would be greatly appreciated and I would be rid of this problem.
I have also attached a screenshot of my CPUz statistics and CoreTemp.
Thank you for reading.

Ok, there are plenty of reasons for that temperature no1 being the improper set of the cooler. You should buy a new one that fits properly and that is decent enough to cool it down.

As for the voltage, check if you have the INF installed and upgrade your BIOS.

Hi, first, thanks for your response,
I have checked my BIOS for an upgrade and it is already up to date, could you please explain what INF is?

Regarding the cpu cooler, would this one be compatible with my H81m-P33 mobo and intel i5 -4570?

Hi,
Since your message I have updated my INF and I have also checked everything else for updates, there is still no option to change my CPU voltage. Any other ideas?
