Cpu vs. Gpu

Would it be better to get an I7 processor with an overclocked gtx 1060 or a gtx1070 with an I5 processor?

IT depends on what you doing. Do you want to stream and render videos? If so, go with the i7/1060 combo, but if you are just focused on gaming, go with eh i5/1070 combo. Honestly, if you can wait and save up get a i7 AND 1070 to get the best of both worlds. I am sure it's a $100 difference now.

go with i5 and 1070 in 90% of cases you will benefit more.
