and as far as liq cooler is concerned no they do not leak as they are closed system and no chnce to leak except of rigorous mishandling

Modular units like the Seidon are generally very durable and foolproof. I have used Thermaltake and Corsair closed-loop coolers for a few years and never had any problems. Just be careful if your case has any unusually sharp edges and avoid undue roughness when installing. However durable they may be, you can still damage them if you try.

no u will not need to refill they are closed systems the only thing u can is put an extra fan

They are closed, so the only coolant loss is through the walls of tubing. Eventually, enough coolant will be lost as to need to replace cooler, but that is 5+ years.
