As you saw in the title I need cpu which doesn't bottleneck the 1060 6gb and will get me these stable 144 fps for 144hz monitor which I'm planning to buy. Thanks in advance!

I don't think the 1060 is capable of those framerates save for perhaps at 720P, certainly not at 1080P/max details, as the general consensus is that most folks opt for 1070Ti/1080/1080Ti when desiring such framerates for 144 Hz monitors...

THe R5-2600 and above or the I5-8400 and above are all more than capable of maxing out a GTX1060 (if I recall correctly, anything above an i5-7400 or so will saturate a 1060), but, it will likely be far below 144 Hz unless below 1080P res...

Running League of Legends on 144hz is a different animal than running Assassin's Creed Origins on a 144hz monitor. The CPU choice might be the least of your problems depending on the game.

CSGO, where everyone needs 300 fps

(I think lesser/older i5's might be getting such framerates as well, but so no need in starting off with a CPU that is marginal for today's newer games)
