Ryzen 5 3600
Ram 16 ddr4 hyperX RGB 3200 hz
MB Aorus Elite b450
..
Ok I have no gpu and I'm getting blackscreen when I plug hdmi cable to my pc motherboard any solution

Because that CPU lacks a video controller. You must pair with a stand alone GPU.

Are you still waiting on a discrete GPU to come in? you'll have to wait a bit longer then.

If not, a low-end video card (RX-560, etc.) would be fairly cheap to get started but if you can't quite reach for the GPU yet you might see if you can exchange the 3600 processor for a 3400G. It has a decent enough Radeon iGPU in it.
