[SOLVED] CPU-Z or info on the ram "box" is wrong

I have 2 ram 4g 1866 mhz CL10 in dual channel (hx318c10fb/4), but CPU-Z says that i have 1600 mhz CL9. i look on the HyperX products and they dont have 1600 mhz CL9, only 1333mhz has CL9. CPU-Z is wrong or I'm not reading the information correctly?

CL10 is for 1933mhz.
At 1600mhz it can support CL9.

i know, thats why i said "up to 9", but why this happens? if the spec of my ram is CL10 why is running like CL9?

Because your 1866 mhz RAM cannot run at 1866MHz CL10. They run at 1600MHz instead and the Cas Latency is better.
