so ive been mucking around for a few hours.... and i was wondering what ram Model ive got.. so i downloaded CPU-Z... and its displayed that my max bandwidth is only 800mhz.
Pc specs:
I5 4460 @ 3.2ghz
Crucial 1600mhz 8gb ddr3
H81m - p33
Geforce GTX 960 2GB
2TB HDD
I have looked at a few articles considering this topic, most have been for duel channel sticks, im only in single channel yet it says im running at 800mhz... i have also checked my BIOS and that says its running at 1600mhz. Though with games the memory seems very flimsy and my ram seems to max out much too easily, forcing me to put it on lower settings, even though the said minimum is 6gb... Also on my bios i seem to have limited settings on what i can do with my voltage and such.
Is this just CPU-Z fault or can i still increase my Ram frequency?
