CPUid Monitor Vs Open Hardware Monitor

I was using open HW monitor on my core 2 duo system , it monitored all hardware well, all frequencies, temp all shown well but when i used it on my new skylake i5 the open monitor not showing all hardware temps like CPU temperature and GPU and Case fan speed etc.
So i installed Cpuid Hw Monitor but it is showing all HW, Temps, Fan Speed and things.
And
here is the irony when i used cpuid Hw monitor on my old system it is not showing well.
So whats is the reason for this .
