My PC specs:
I've already done the hardware check for all these stuffs and there's no issue.
I've set BIOS DeepSX Power Policies to use S4 + S5
For the Windows 10, currently I'm using version 1903, installed all the drivers from Asus Motherboard support and NVIDIA driver. But when I shutting down the computer, the monitor has been off but the CPU fans and case fans are still running, I've been waiting for 5-10m but it's not power off, then I need to press and hold the power button.
One other way is disabled Fast Startup will fix the issue above. But in case I want to keep Fast Startup, is there any other solution for fixing the issue? Do I need to change any option in BIOS? Thanks for helping me!

- CPU: Dual Xeon E5-2678v3
- RAM: ECC 32GB DDR4 2133
- VGA: GTX 1060 3GB
