CPUZ changing clock of gpu

HI I was looking at cpuz and under graphics tab there is a perf level, when I click on it it shows me different clocks, this isn't changing my graphics card's speeds right? It's just showing me the speeds it would run at?

nope, its just a monitoring tool for cpu. if you want to see your gpu clock speed you should use gpuz.

Oh ok, so it doesn't have the ability to change clock speeds of the gpu?

nope, the only software that could do that is

amd catalyst controller amd overdrive
msi afterburner
and some other overcloking tools from asus and other names.
