Crash bandicoot 60 fps but shuttering

Hi i have problem with crash bandicoot insane trilogy game running on 60 fps but shuttering.Where can be a problem ? i have amd radeon rx 570 OC graphic card ,procesor is amd ryzen 5 2600.8 giga ram ty for help.

now when i change max fps on 60 its better but not totaly good

Perceived stuttering can have many root causes. What is for me the most frequent cause is low RAM causing a lot of HDD buffering. Would you mind to check and share your full system specs and the RAM utilization when the stuttering appears?

SSD disk WD Blue 3D NAND SSD 500GB ,WD Blue 1TB,24" BenQ GW2470H,HyperX 8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16 Fury Black Series ,Now when i play witcher 3 physic on and i have 62 fps game lagging to much but fps is 62 only.When i set fps on 60 on witcher 3 i have fps drops on 55 fps .ON high settings .I try overcloack this card max 1350mhz core ,and 1850 memory power limit +25%.Somthing can be broken.Or i dont know .I have more temparature on procesor 72°.Graphi card max 75° in gaming.

Now when i off chill mode on amd settings game runing 75 fps physic is on but game lagging i have 60 hz monitor. Is it why lagging ?Pleas.

The monitor only displays what it gets. Try enabling VSync which will limit FPS to 60. For some cases this might help.
More important that you look at RAM and VRAM usage please.

FPS seem to be as expected below 60. Still you should be able to experience the game running without stuttering.

i have some time problem with 60 fps in high details and hairworks off.I think something its broken .
