Crash installing WindowsXP

When i try to install Windows XP Professional + SP1 (Original), before and some times after the screen that you select the HD or partition, a blue screen shows up like a GPF and at the end the line: STOP and some Hex numbers.

My system config:
AMD Athlon XP 2400+
Soyo SY-KT400 Dragon Ultra Platium Edition
RAM 250Mb (Samsung i think!)
ATI Radeon 9700 PRO ALL-IN-WONDER
SoundBlaster Audgy 2 Platium
HD Samsung 120Gb 5200 RPM
