Crash, then reset loop!!! Help! Amd fury x???

I have
Windows 10
Intel 6600k
Gigabyte hd um z170x mobo
Crucial 2400 ddr4
R9 fury x
Lg 34" freesync moniter
I built the computer, loaded all drivers, and it was working fast! Played metro:2033 for like 5 minutes, then it crashes. When it crashes, it blackscreens and outputs no signal. When my computer tried to boot to windows, it would just glitch, show artifacts on screen, then it tries to boot again two more times, unsuccessfully... I booted into safemode, reset the computer and it fixed it! I reinstalled everything, making sure all drivers were up to date. It seemed to be working! Played metro 2033 for two minutes then........ Crash!! Same thing... Reset loop, wont boot windows!!!! Whyyyyyyyy? Why will my system do this when it crashes? I wiped everything, reinstalled the OS and removed the gpu to post... Once again everything seems to be working.
But how can I fix this so my system doent need a doctor and 6 hr troubleshoot everytime i crash??
Like 30hrs building/troubleshooting and <5 minutes of gaming( not even maxxed!!!!) frusturated, confused.

Most common causes in crashes in games, especially for a new build is bad hardware or too weak or poor quality power supply.

Like most people, you left out your power supply brand and model, what is it?
