So I have very frequent crashes, it could be on rainbow six siege, rust, csgo, anything could do it really.
My specs are

ryzen 5 2600
radeon rx 590
corsair vengeance LPX 16 gb 3000 gddr4
msi b450 tomahawk atx am4 motherboard
2tb 7.2k rpm hdd
corsair cxm 550W psu

My games will be doing fine with 150+ fps then out of the blue i freeze then crash, ive looked through forums and youtube, nothing i have tried has worked, the only thing i havent done yet is bios update, planning to do it as soon as i find a flash drive. just need help with this issue, with my specs i dont know why im crashing at all.

Do update the bios when you can. In the meantime:
1)Is that a build from scratch, or did you carry over your C drive from a previous build?
If the latter, did you reinstall Windows after the upgrade?

2)Cpu and gpu temps in game? Ryzen Master should be able to tell you.

3)
corsair vengeance LPX 16 gb 3000 gddr4
1x 16GB?
2x 8GB?
4x 4GB?
If 2 or 3, did you mix kits?

4)If you lower(lowest possible setting) the gpu power limit in Wattman or Msi Afterburner, does the system still crash in game?
